Return & Refund Policy

At ALBAYT ALMAGHRIBI LLC, we care about product quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with UAE consumer protection standards. Please read our return and refund policy before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The product seal, label, and packaging are not damaged.
  • The customer provides proof of purchase, such as order number, invoice, or receipt.

For hygiene, safety, and product quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened, used, consumed, or damaged products unless the product is defective or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective, damaged, expired, or incorrect:

  • Opened herbal products
  • Opened honey or food products
  • Opened oils or cosmetic products
  • Opened supplements or personal care products
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, incorrect storage, or customer handling
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale, unless defective

3. Damaged, Defective, Expired, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, expired, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or video of the product
  • Photo of the outer packaging
  • Description of the issue

After review, we may offer one of the following solutions depending on the case:

  • Replacement
  • Exchange
  • Refund
  • Store credit

4. Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
  • For online card payments, refund processing time depends on the payment provider and bank.
  • For cash on delivery orders, refunds may be issued by bank transfer, store credit, or another agreed method.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake, a damaged item, a defective item, an expired item, or an incorrect product.

5. Exchange Policy

We may offer an exchange if:

  • The product is unopened and in original condition.
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The requested replacement product is available in stock.

If the replacement product has a different price, the customer must pay the difference or receive store credit for the difference.

6. Order Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation before the order is dispatched.

Once the order has been handed over to the delivery company, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, the customer may need to follow the return process after receiving the order.

7. Delivery Refusal / Failed Delivery

If the customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, or if delivery fails due to incorrect contact details, wrong address, or no response, delivery charges may be deducted from any refund or future order credit.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking the order upon delivery.

Products should be stored according to the instructions on the packaging. ALBAYT ALMAGHRIBI LLC is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect storage, misuse, exposure to heat, or opening the product after delivery.
